Skånes konstförening would like to thank everyone who joined our program in 2019, for our exhibitions, our series of talks including On Practises and Something happened, for activities of Södra Sofielunds Museum, The Seved Festival, and other!
The exhibition space will be closed until January 24, 2020. We are looking forward seeing you again next year!

Save the date:
Our first exhibition in 2020 features  works from photographer and poet Ikram Abdulkadir. Ikram is the third recipient of the Sven and Ellida Hjort’s exhibition stipend, which each year is awarded by Skånes konstförening to a young artist based in Skåne. The exhibition opens on January 24, 2020.
Starting in 2020, a new curator will be working with Skånes konstförening’s exhibition program during a 2-year period. More information will be announced in January 2020.
We would like to express a sincere thanks to curators Simona Dumitriu and Tawanda Appiah for their work during the last pats two years! They will finalize their term in January 2020 with a last On Practises talk for which they have invited Malmö-based artist Ioana Cojocariu. More information will be published soon.
Last but not least, we would like to thank our board and support members!*
Skånes konstförening is wishing everyone happy holidays and a happy new year!
