D\u00e5 finns boken, samt drycker till f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning. N\u00e5gra av f\u00f6rfattarna kommer att finnas p\u00e5 plats under hela kv\u00e4llen. L\u00e4sningar av Hans Carlsson, Frida Sandstr\u00f6m och Marika Troili.<\/p>\n

I antologin Konst i Arbete unders\u00f6ker sju skribenter olika positioner och relationer inom och mellan konsten, den arbetande m\u00e4nniskan och arbetslivet. Hur st\u00e5r sig m\u00e4nskliga och konstn\u00e4rliga v\u00e4rden gentemot ekonomiska och samh\u00e4lleliga? F\u00f6rekommer mots\u00e4ttningar, och\u00a0hur har dessa i s\u00e5 fall formats av id\u00e9str\u00f6mningar och strukturella samh\u00e4llsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som folkhemmets uppbyggnad, feminismen, konceptkonsten, industrialiseringen och \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen till ett postindustriellt samh\u00e4lle?<\/p>\n

Under kv\u00e4llen visas \u00e4ven filmprogrammet “Manual Labours, Many Labours” (Manuellt arbete, m\u00e5nga arbeten) som sammanst\u00e4llts av curatorn Jenny Richards. I filmprogrammet kartl\u00e4ggs, genom en serie videoverk fr\u00e5n stiftelsen Filmforms arkiv, arbetets utvidgning och arbetsplatsens allt mer sv\u00e5rdefinierade gr\u00e4nser. Filmerna uppm\u00e4rksammar hur m\u00e4nniskors kroppar har anpassat sig till utvecklingen av nya arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. I filmprogrammet ing\u00e5r: Carmen Carrascal – Cine Mujer (extract) (1970), Lene Berg – Man in the Background, Marie Bondeson: A Ruda Road Movie (2002), Peter Weiss: Enligt Lag (1957) och Eva Linder: Det \u00e4r sexigt att betala skatt (2005)<\/p>\n

Release of the anthology Konst i Arbete with new essays by Hans Carlsson, Bo G\u00f6ranzon, Michele Masucci, Gertrud Sandqvist, Frida Sandstr\u00f6m, Nina Svensson and with an art work by Marika Troili. The essays in the anthology are all written in swedish.<\/p>\n

The readings starts at 5 pm, but Sk\u00e5nes is open from 4 pm. The bar is open, the book is for sale, and som of the atuhors will be present during the evening.<\/p>\n

In the anthology Konst i Arbete seven writers investigate different positions and relationships within and between art and work. How does human and artistic values manifest themselves, in relation to economic and political ones? Is there an antagonism in between these poles? And if so, how does this antagonism relate to currents of ideas and structural changes in society, as for example the construction of the welfare state, feminism, conceptual art, industrialization and the transition to a post-industrial society?<\/p>\n

6.30. Filmprogram, “Manual Labours, Many Labours”<\/p>\n

“Manual Labours, Many Labours” is a short film programme curated by Jenny Richards in collaboration with Filmform, exploring the body at work. Through a diverse series of work from Sweden\u2019s Filmform archive and Cinenova – a non-profit organisation dedicated to distributing films and videos made by women, the programme charts the expansion of work and the eroding boundaries of the work place. By paying attention to the body at work within different work sites and scenarios the programme seeks to draw out the ways in which the body had adapted and responded to new working conditions and what common challenges can be shared between seemingly unconnected experiences.<\/p>\n

The filmprogram includes: Carmen Carrascal – Cine Mujer (extract) (1970), Lene Berg – Man in the Background, Marie Bondeson: A Ruda Road Movie (2002), Peter Weiss: Enligt Lag (1957) och Eva Linder: Det \u00e4r sexigt att betala skatt (2005)<\/p>\n
